The aim of the article is to describe 20th century concepts for Lusatian political status and empowerment of Sorbian nation. Czechoslovakian, Lusatian and Polish concepts of connection with Czechoslovakia such as: independence, protectorate, incorporation to Poland, and autonomy within Germany are presented here from the problematic point of view.
